How I got started as an Exclusive Buyer's Agents.
I am Jim Blaha, broker/owner of JFB Buyer's Realty. In 1991, I was a real estate attorney for Baker & McKenzie. During my practice, I saw the need for home buyers to receive better advice and have someone focus on protecting their interests as buyers. I started the concept of Exclusive Buyer's Agency. This innovation changed the real estate industry.
Over the past 20 years, I have set the standard for the true role of an experienced Exclusive Buyer's Agent. My background as a real estate attorney/CPA, my 20 years as a Buyer's Agent, and my experience as a home builder, uniquely qualify me to provide the advice and guidance home buyers need and deserve.
